- Gordon Sheriff Added July 28, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Well I thought all was well with this service and in many ways it was. The staff are what you would hope for---BUT---my mother was taken to hospital for a fall incident by ambulance and I was contacted by the hospital re what appeared to be appalling neglect with my mothers bottom area. Range care staff were responsible for showering mum 3 times a week. The police were called in and after an investigation I was told by the investigating officer how long this may have been going on!
What I couldnt comprehend was the staff werent informed of any of these matters.
Management at Range care shall I say have had an interesting approach to this very distressing matter
